In short: The Mystical Door does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Your saved games stay on your device and are never sent anywhere.
None. The Mystical Door does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or sensitive user data. The game has no sign-in, no user accounts, and no server of its own. We have no way to identify you and no record that you have installed the game.
The game saves the following locally, in private application storage that only The Mystical Door can read:
This information never leaves your device. It is not backed up to our servers, because we do not operate any. Uninstalling the game permanently deletes all of it.
The Mystical Door is free to play, and offers a single optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full game.
All purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. Payment is handled within Google's own systems. We never receive, see, or store your name, billing address, card number, or any other payment details. The game only asks Google Play a single question — whether this device owns the unlock — and receives a yes or no.
Google's handling of your payment information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The game contains no advertisements, no analytics or crash-reporting services, and no third-party tracking software of any kind. Nothing you do inside the game is measured, profiled, or reported.
The only external service the app communicates with is Google Play, and only to verify purchases as described above.
The Mystical Door requests no sensitive device permissions. It cannot access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or call history.
The app declares network and billing permissions, which are required by the Google Play Billing library in order to verify purchases. They are not used for any other purpose.
The Mystical Door is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age. Because the game collects no data at all, there is no child data for us to hold, disclose, or delete.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return or erase. To remove the data stored locally on your device, simply uninstall the game.
Records relating to your purchase are held by Google Play, and can be managed through your Google account.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
